Progress photos


I promised some people I would post some progress photos so here they are! Since I didn’t think I would finish p90x this time I didn’t take “start” photos. So, the only photos I have are from the first time I started p90x. Sorry! But since I only did about three weeks my body really didn’t change all that much. Learn from my mistake! Always take start photos!

So, here is the “code” for this photo set. Black arrows are where I see improvement and the green arrow is where I would like to see more improvement. (I am happy with my body, but pointing out where I would like to improve motivates me to workout!).

Now that I have my Shakeology I am going to change my diet so it fits the p90x plan and I believe that will help me see more improvements next time. I will keep you all posted!
