I am so excited to be on day
75! You know what day 75 means? I only have two weeks and a penny (one day)
left of the program!
Where I have improved:
Crane pose: I can now do it
for the full minute!

My diet: I have been making
an effort to make healthier meals. For example, last week I made Spaghetti
Squash (click here to learn how to make it).
Adding intensity: my body
has gotten used to certain moves so I have gotten better at pushing myself to
work harder to add intensity.
Where I would like to
improve:
Pausing: I keep getting
distracted by other things I need to do, so I really need to shut out
everything else while I do my workouts, so I get a more effective workout.
I plan to improve my diet by
cutting out pizza for the next 15 days. It might be tough, because this was a
tough goal to even write down!
