I don’t know if it is the
back to school blues or what, but ever since I have gotten home at about 3pm I
have been in a feeding frenzy. Seriously, I have been eating everything. Ugh.
So I just chugged some protein water and now I feel full. Finally. But I have
decided that in order to avoid further useless snacking I will need to do my
Yoga X workout. Yes. Exercise to avoid snacking. Does anyone else ever get like
